NEED HELP!!!

I have downloaded the app and upgraded (at least Im sure I did as I paid the $19.99) and I immediately set up my first user as a student account. Well, apparently, that should have been my account and now I cannot change it. Ive tried several things but cannot seem to fix it. I looked in the help screen and editing a user does not rectify the problem. I sent a request for assistance and am not getting a reply. I cannot find any contact info to get support. CAN ANYONE HELP!!! Ive tried to review on the pro app button but it says I havent downloaded it (which, like I said, I paid for via the free version). Super sad faces right now as I am loving this tool but cant set it up correctly if I cannot fix this problem.
